Whenever you travel to Kintamani in the north of Bali, a look at one of the most beautiful temples on the island - Pura Ulun Danau Batur – is a must-see. This sacred temple overlooks Danau Batur and Gunung Batur. It is the second most sacred temple on the island of Bali, the first being Pura Besakih on the slopes of Gunung Agung.
What I like about this temple is the view from the rear of it; a magnificent panorama of Gunung Batur and Danau Batur.
