Today is officially Idul Fitri in Indonesia. This feasting celebration occurs at the end of the fasting month of Ramadhan for those of the Islamic faith. Muhammadiyah began their Idul Fitri yesterday, however, the government of Indonesia and Nahdlatul Ulama recognise today and tomorrow as the celebratory days for Idul Fitri across the archipelago.

To all my Muslim friends I would like to express:

SELEMAT IDUL FITRI, MOHON MAAAF, LAHIR DAN BATIN
