Identifying the Deceased: Yogyakarta, Central Java

plane_takeoff.jpg It seems that experts are struggling to identify bodies badly burned when the Garuda Indonesia plane overshot the runway and burst into flames as it landed in killing more than 20 people.

The National carrier, Garuda Indonesia, said only nine of the dead had been identified from the Wednesday morning crash that has brought the state of Indonesian air travel safety back into the spotlight. Meanwhile, Australia has offered even more support in the areas of forensic investigation ass well as medial assistance.
